At MakersKey, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. Because we provide Lifetime Licenses and instant digital delivery, our policy is designed to protect both your purchase and the integrity of our software.

1. Digital Delivery & Returns

  • Instant Access: Since our products are digital activation keys delivered instantly via email, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense once the key has been viewed or used.
  • Final Sale: All purchases are considered final once the license key has been delivered and revealed to the customer, except in cases of technical defect.

2. Refund Eligibility

We provide full refunds or replacement keys under the following specific conditions:

  • Defective Keys: If the license key provided is invalid or does not work upon delivery, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Unsent Orders: If you have not yet received your digital delivery email and wish to cancel the order.
  • Incorrect Product: If we accidentally sent a license key for a product different from what you ordered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: Requests made after the key has been delivered and is functioning correctly.
  • Compatibility Issues: Cases where the customer’s hardware or operating system does not meet the minimum requirements for the software (please verify system requirements before buying).
  • Accidental Purchase: If the software was purchased by mistake but the key has already been issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you experience a technical issue with your activation:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@makerskey.com with your order number and a screenshot of the error message.
  2. Verification: Our technical team will review the error and provide a solution.
  3. Resolution: If the key is confirmed to be defective and a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

5. Lifetime Guarantee

Because we sell Lifetime Licenses, we guarantee that your key will remain active for the life of the software installation on your device. If a key is revoked or stops working at any point in the future due to a licensing issue, we will provide a replacement key at no extra cost.
