1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on MakersKey are digital license keys. No physical media (CDs, DVDs, or USBs) will be shipped. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital activation code and download instructions.

2. Software Licensing

  • Lifetime Activation: Our keys provide a permanent, lifetime activation for the specific version of the software purchased.
  • Single Device: Unless otherwise stated, one license key is valid for activation on one (1) device only.
  • Official Software: Users must download the software from official Microsoft sources (such as setup.office.com). MakersKey is not responsible for issues arising from third-party, unofficial installers.

3. Payments and Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
  • MakersKey reserves the right to verify any order to prevent fraudulent activity. We may request additional verification before delivering a license key.

4. User Obligations

By using our site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • The information provided during checkout (email address) is accurate.
  • You will not use our license keys for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

MakersKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. While we guarantee a working activation key, the performance of the software itself is the responsibility of the software manufacturer (Microsoft).

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks (including “Microsoft,” “Windows,” and “Office”) are the property of their respective owners. MakersKey is an independent reseller of genuine license keys and does not claim ownership of these trademarks.

7. Changes to Terms

MakersKey reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
